Mesa 2025 Spring Training Trip

Each year, we coordinate a trip to Mesa, AZ in March to watch our Cubs during spring training. This trip has been very well received over the years and we want to make you aware of some details concerning our March 2025 trip.

*** We are offering an 8-day trip, beginning either on March 4, 2025 OR on March 11, 2025. We are also offering a 15-day trip, beginning on March 4, 2025, and returning on March 18, 2025.

*** NEW: For the 2025 trip, we are offering 8-day trip travelers the option of selecting which 8-day period they prefer, either beginning March 4 (check out March 11) or beginning March 11 (check out March 18). Whichever week you select, you will participate in the games and activities that we have scheduled for that week.

*** We will be staying at the Days Hotel Mesa, located at 333 W. Juanita in Mesa. It is part of the Wyndham Hotel Group. Hotel details can be viewed online.

*** It is the responsibility of the traveler to make their own transportation arrangements to Mesa. Plane, train, or automobile travel, as you choose. The only requirement is that you arrive at the Days Hotel Mesa on March 4th or March 11th. If you do not drive yourself, you are also responsible to make your own car rental reservations while in Mesa, at the agency and pick up/drop off location of your choice.

*** The 2025 trip includes hotel, mini-breakfasts, Cubs game tickets (minimum of three games per week), after game cocktail parties, several dinners, and more. Also, beer, soda, and water will be provided during the day.

*** Cubs Spring Training 2025 game group ticket sales will begin this fall, likely in October. To ensure we get a chance at good seats, we need to assemble our 2025 travel roster by Sept. 30, 2024.

*** Cost of the 2025 trip is:

8-day trip per person $1,300 (No matter which 8-day option you select).

15-day trip per person additional $900 (total per person of $2,200)

These costs are based on hotel room double occupancy. Single travelers are welcome, but would pay an additional amount to cover the hotel room.

Please remember: it is necessary that we have our travel roster finalized and traveler down payments ($300 per person) received by Sept. 30, 2024. After then it will not be possible to be included on the 2025 trip.
